Using the Ruler

Use the Ruler function to measure an increase in Points or Percentage from your chosen start price to end price.

To use the Ruler:

Then move your mouse onto the chart. The mouse pointer will appear as a sight. To remove the ruler click the right mouse button or the Place Ruler toolbar button again.

• Double-click on the chart from where you want to measure. (i.e. initial date/point on chart)
  
  
• As you move your mouse the status bar at the bottom of the screen will display the number of days and the points or percentage difference from the origin chosen, see diagram.
