Printing A Window

Your Updata software will Print any window it displays. The print function prints the active document according to the settings in the Printer Setup dialogue box.

To Print an active window:

• Activate the window you want to print by clicking on the title bar
  
  
• Click on File and then Print and the Print box will be displayed

  

• The active window will be printed according to the settings set in the Print Set-up box
  
  
• Printer - Displays the name of the printer you selected in the Print Set-up dialogue box. The Print Set-up box can be activated by clicking on the Set-up button
  
  
• Print Range - This will be selected to All and should not be changed as you are printing a window and not a document with pages
  
  
• Print Quality - Displays the resolution levels offered by the current printer
  
  
• Copies - Type the number of copies you want to print
  
  
• Click OK and the window will be sent to the selected printer.
