The Analytics application defaults to Line charts. To change this and other default settings:

If you want to display more than 10 days worth of tick charts on the screen, use the slider labelled "Intra-Day Data" to vary the period displayed. This is dependent on you having more than ten days of tick data stored in the price files.
NOTICE
To use the slider, click the left-hand mouse on it, hold and drag to the desired point then release.
If a chart looks zigzagged at each days cross over, then the time axis is not properly scaled. Using the Trading day sliders, adjust the range for equities at 7.45 - 21.30. For the Dow Jones use 14.30 - 22.30.
Colours of grid lines, tick lines, axis text can be changed using the Colours and lines sizes field. Click on a particular field and then change the colour by clicking on Set Colour button.
Make changes then click on <OK> or Use as Default to have all future charts displayed with the new settings.
